Some of the musicians/band I list may blend into other genres of music, but I feel that it's pretty on point.

Gram Parsons
Whiskeytown
Ryan Adams & The Cardinals
Pete Droge & The Sinners
The Thorns
Ocha La Rocha
Railroad Earth
Sam Bush
Jerry Douglas
Bela Fleck & The Flecktones
Newgrass Revival
Ryan Bingham
The Jayhawks
Sturgill Simpson
Jason Isbell & The 400 Unit
Son Volt
Uncle Tupelo
Wilco

I'm really impressed with his new album. It picks up where Mescalito left off. The only song on Roadhouse Sun that I think sounds anything close to what you'd hear on Mescalito is Snake Eyes, which is one of my favorites.

Here's one of my all-time Bingham jams: Big Country Sky

Jason Eady, "Lonesome Down and Out"

Country music still has a pulse.

Just like this thread. I'm keeping it fricking alive.

Agreed. But honestly I'd agree with most shite you say on this board by virtue of your username. How do you feel about ISIS?
