The AIC unplugged album, for me, is a top 5 album of all time. Layne Staley poured his entire soul out into the microphone that night.
I don't know if I could choose between Nirvana's and AIC's. Both were the best to come out of that entire era.

What’s crazy to me is the following:
-how young they all were
-how talented they all were
-how much emotion and turmoil they could convey at such a young age.
There was something in the PNW water in the late 80s/early 90s.

Heroin has a way of aging you rapidly.
In all seriousness though, the way they were able to articulate deep inner turmoil at such a young age is remarkable.

He's no Layne Staley but Corey Taylor's version is pretty good all things considered
Dallas Green’s cover of “Nutshell” is amazing, as is his cover of “Rain When I Die”

My MTV unplugged cd is stuck in a old stereo I took out of an older car. I need to get power to it so I can get the CD out. ONly reason I haven't trashed the cd player.

At that point you should just make a display out of the old head unit somehow and put it on a bookcase.
