The Blind Side is just a piece of Ole Miss propaganda.

Real Story went more like this:

- MO was an amazing TN HS football player.

-Freeze desperately wants him to play at Briarcrest

- Freeze works out a deal to get him in school and "be adopted" by the Tuhoys (sp)

Tuhoy family buys him shite and pushes him to Ole Miss

The end. Not as magical that way

I told her it was a feel-good story about NCAA infractions.

I agree, and kind of feel that way about all high school players that get recruited by private high schools. The ones that move in with a coach, a teammate's parents, an alumnus, or a booster of the private school are just worse, because they try to make themselves out as being there for the kids.

I really don’t even consider it so much an actual sports movie as I do a family feel-good drama that has a sports backdrop. I mean is there even a training montage or a championship game with a last second comeback? Seriously, I can’t remember if there was turning-point game scene in the movie, was there

I agree with this.
