Why wasn’t Skyler living with Marie?

After Walt was gone and Hank dead in a hole? Why was Skyler living in some shithole apartment with a meth head neighbor baby sitting Holly?
It was obvious they had made amends as Marie calls her to warn her Walt was back in town.
Why did Marie not take her in esp since she was most likely lonely in the big house?

If she was going to live in a shite hole, it should’ve showed her living in the motel while Flynn got a windy from ol’ Wendy while Sky was having a root beer.

I don't really remember the scene, but maybe Marie didn't want her sister to be killed but still didn't want to be around her. Skyler was aware of Walt's dealings and this all lead to Marie's husband being murdered. Even if you are on good enough terms to call someone, you probably don't want that person in your house.

Because the neighbor (Carolyn) saw him and prob reported it when he went back to the house.
