Who’d be down with 1 season of a Cheers reunion?

Given the recent success of Roseanne, I thought “what else could work?”
All the major players are still alive (except Coach, obviously) and still working fairly regularly.
I’ve honestly forgotten how it all ended but loved Cheers. I’d love to see the cast back together, even if for just one 2 hour special.

That would be one reunion I'd actually watch.
Seems like a lot of people have forgotten just how great that show was. If you asked me what my all time favorite sitcom was, that would be in the running.

I'd say Cheers or Frasier - Frasier is my favorite television character of all time, although the spinoff ran about 2 or 3 seasons too long - FFS he played that character continuously for almost 20 years 466 episodes, 8 emmy noms, 4 wins for playing the character - fantastic run overall.

It’s a testament to Kelsey Grammer’s acting ability when he plays a different role and you believe it.

I’d be interested if it included Frasier.

It would have to have Sam, Norm, Cliff, Carla, Diane, Rebecca, Frazier, Lilith, and Woody. Throw in Niles for grins, even though he never appeared in Cheers.

Bring them all back, Woody, Frasier, etc for a reunion where Sam finally sells the bar.
The way it ended was perfect because it was assumed that things just kept on going. So they could easily pick it back up.

I’d pay for that. Ratzenberger is a postal God. And freakin Norm now that Cheers has 100 microbrews ? Would be glorious.

Woody Harrelson has had an amazing acting career and he has been on a real roll lately. I would not have predicted that he would go on to such success after playing Woody the hick bartender

But he wasn't really "Frasier" in Cheers. You can see it with the reunion epsidoes with Cheers characters like Woody.
They have nothing in common and don't really enjoy each other's company. While Frasier was a beer drinking regular yokel-local who got along with the beer crowd...in actual FRASIER he's a snobby elitist who even looks down on his Dad's beer drinking...preferring Sherry and going to the Opera...in Cheers he was drinking beer watching baseball.
