I would like a nuanced and well-rounded film about The Battle of Liberty Place. The story of that Reconstruction era revolt is fascinating, it’s historical significance and impact was monumental, and yet the event is almost completely forgotten.

Pick up the dropped football and someone make movies out of the other 14 Patrick O’Brian Aubrey/Maturin novels. Master and Commander was a great film. Idiots in Hollyweird.
