After watching the festivities tonight I have come to 3 conclusions...
1. Bethune is still the only normal guy, he was smart to get the attorney fees and fly me home verbal contract on camera.
2. They have openly talked and planned piracy, so the double standard Watson talks about isnt there.
3. These guys still are the dumbest, dirtiest, and most self-centered people on the planet. They make Road Rules and Real World look like Masterpiece Theater.

OK, no doubt that these guys do a lot of idiotic things and can be fairly incompetent. But over the seasons these guys have had harpoon boats chase them and had other harpoon boats and the factory ship run away from them. I am pretty sure the chasing them away from where they want to go and having the Japanese dedicate their ships to screwing around with the SS people means the Whales being killed goes down. Maybe not by a lot, but it is still an impact. They may be a boat of idiots, but they are a boat of idiots making at least some positive impact with little benefit to themselves. I give them some respect for that, but that is just me.

I still think they need to paint a big red dot on the sides of their ship and kamikaze the Jap ships.

I am really enjoying this season. Not only have they lost two ships, lost face by flawlessly executing on one failed strategy upon another, but they haven't even really made contact with the harpoon ships. The Japanese sailors on those boats must be loving all the awesome entertainment provided by these circus clowns.
