And that the situation is unlikely? It's a movie bro. Real life =/= movie life.

I didn't mind the movie. I was just saying that I know wolves have killed like 5 people in the last 20 years and those killed were mostly small children by rabid wolves.

I read an article in Outside last year. Other than it could never happen, I didn't mind the flick for what it was.

I didn't understand leaving the wreck either other than maybe they could climb trees in the forest or make spears which they did. But the fuselage seemed like a good place to make a stand to me.

Badass Neeson said wolves have a kill radius of 30 miles and if you're in their territory they'll kill. OK, so when they first see the wolf eyes they came from the forest. So when the group started for the forest I told my wife, wouldn't they be going CLOSER to the wolves now?

Ok so I watched this last night and meh. I know it’s a movie where you’re supposed to turn off your brain but come on. Why would you leave the wreckage? Planes have transponders now, they can find the wreckage. Even if it didn’t, the search party could certainly find a big fire were you to build one. Also it’s shelter. You can build a fortification around it from the wolves. Stupid. But moving past that. The clothes rope scene over the river was pretty retarded as well. Then apparently Liam’s character was immune to hypothermia after swimming around in that river for a while. No effects shown whatsoever. Then our fearless leader the entire time ends up actually walking right into the freaking wolves’ den. BRILLIANT. It was mildly entertaining but I couldn’t help but keep asking WTF are you doing at the screen. It was also about 20 minutes or so too long.

Brahs....they all died in the plane crash. Do you really think that anyone would have survived that plane crash? They were in purgatory. The wolves represented death inevitably coming to get them. Come one brahs.

That makes the movie even dumber. And not all of them died from the wolves.
