Other Men's Women (1931 Pre-Code)
Although James Cagney has only a minor part he has a fantastic dance scene:
Bullets or Ballots (1936)

She has an extensive portfolio of movie appearances from 1930 to 1981. I am somewhat partial to her early movies of the 1930s, particularly Pre-Code movies before mid-1934.

Both really good films.
As for Blondell, I also like the little comedy films she co-starred with Glenda Farrell (another old time favorite of mine). The films themselves are relatively minor little programmers, but I enjoy the chemistry of the two gals teamed up.

Great tip. I just watched Kansas City Princess (1934)
Also check out Joan Blondell with Ina Claire in The Greeks had a Word for Them (aka Three Broadway Girls) - 1932
