Still, there’s nothing inherently absurd about a kamikaze attack. It’s something that’s actually been done in real life. In a uninverse featuring a moon-sized ship that can blow up a planet with a laser, the idea of a kamikaze doesn’t bother me much. Why wouldn’t it work? Just Bc no one had done it before and you don’t want it to work?

one of my thoughts watching TLJ was that it actually needed the political complexity of the prequels to make its story/history make sense
