Which really was just a 2 episode story of the parts of "small potatoes" where the guy impersonated mulder. I guess they wanted to flesh that idea out a little more
And it was pretty amusing
Mulder's porn addiction, obsession with his work and that Scully is fawning over his D and he never sees it

Although, he didn't create them, he brought the Lone Gunman to life.

The chicken processing plant episode was creepy and nasty.

Beyond the Sea - Brad Dourif FTW
This would be my pic for #1. I remember seeing that back in the day, when something amazing on television wasn't immediately brought to your attention by social media. Not complaining about that of course, but being sort of broadsided by Dourif's performance in that without expecting it was something I miss about television back then. It's hard to explain. Sort of a "I can't believe what I'm seeing" type of feeling.
I have a soft spot in my heart for Quagmire. That would be my personal favorite pick. Not that I believe in any sort of cryptozoology stuff but I've always been interested in it.

I change my mind. This one is my favorite. Which one is it?

Dourif is an amazing actor, one of the all time greats, who just can't get work commensurate with his talent. Give him a serious role and he will deliver

Our town, so great. A true x file
CJD is the rarest disease and yet an entire town has it and the why was fricking scary

When I rewatched the episode about 10 years ago and I saw him, I knew what to expect and was still blown away
I don't know if you could find a better performance in the history of network television

What was the one where the kids went into the woods and found some sort of time rip or something. I can't remember if it allowed them to move really fast or slow down time.
One of my personal favorites is the town where all the big wigs were devil worshipers and sacrificing kids even their children. I think incest may have been involved also. They either started craw fishing on the deal or fox stopped them. Anyway the science teacher ended up being the devil or some demon and took them all out in glorious fashion. Even left Mulder a creepy little goodbye message at the end. Scared me when I was younger.

Small Potatoes may be one of the funniest. I was 9 yrs old and yes seriously this episode was one of the catalysts for the first of the sex talks. Whenever I Netflix Xfiles I always end up watching it.

Whichever one that had Giovanni Ribisi as a human lighting rod was great.

The Unnatural
War of the Coprophages - "Rrroaches!!!" (and Dr. Bambi)
The Host - porta-potty Flukeman was the best creature IMO
any episodes with an Alex Krycek cameo (the ooze in the eyes episode)
any episode with the Colonist and the Alien bounty hunter

I always liked the one about the tree mites in Oregon. The tree hugger, local sherrif quarrell. Good stuff.
And the one with the lake monster in georgia. one of my favorites. Damn gator go Qui Qui or whatever dumb name Scully gave it.
