He watched him off a guy for nothing in his living room. He probably has a form of PTSD to where if someone is going to the lengths walt and Jesse did, who else could it be in Saul's mind?

Vince actually mentioned ptsd, plus Saul met the cousins. He's smart enough to know Lalo being dead doesn't mean he's 100% in the clear.
