TMNT: The Last Ronin

This has been allegedly in the works for the last few years. Are they actually going to pull the trigger on this? Not sure how many know the story, but it’s dark and would be very interesting, if done correctly. Does this actually have any real legs? I’d love to see this in theaters.

They’ve supposedly been working on this and the video game for a couple of years with nothing to show for it but a teaser for the game. The story is great too one of the better comics that’s ever been done with the turtles. There’s a new crossover with masters of the universe that’s pretty sweet for 80s kids that they’re going to release the fourth issue on this week.

I’d love to see it actually happen. I keep seeing things about it being in work. The story is very interesting and different.

Without giving away the plot it’s pretty devastating to guys like us who were kids when they were popular and the loneliness that the last ronin goes through being alone. I gave the bound edition that had all of them in there to my younger brother and he doesn’t even really read comics. It’s a great maturation of them story wise like the PS4 god of war was for guys who grew up with the characters.

My number is my age. I grew up with them. The story is amazing. It’s very “Dark Knight Returns”, almost. I keep seeing things in my feeds and I really hope they put it to film.

check out turtles of grayskull. It’s total nostalgia bait for us but I dig it. The last ronin game also has a lot of promise as an open world assassin’s creed type game but I haven’t seen dick about it in a while.

I have it but have yet to read it. I know the basic storyline but nothing else.
