Thoughts on Black Phone 2 (No Spoilers)

I enjoyed it.

It’s certainly different than its predecessor but is a direct continuation of the story.

This movie does have a very unique style. Which will turn people off. I was ok with it.

The movie is much funnier than the first one and has more melodrama. I think I heard women tearing up in the theater at times.

I liked this movie dealt with very traditional religious elements.

The two main characters certainly are great.

This movie certainly also way upped the gore by a lot. Like I remember the original I don’t even remember if it was R. This is very bloody. There is some great horror imagery
