Basically just a collection of scenes with little to no actual plot.
Unfortunately i cant think of a new movie ive seen in the past few years that didnt seem like this. If you have any recommendations then im all ears
I was kind of hoping this one would be a little like the Wrestler, which i thought was fantastic

Did anybody actually ask for this movie?
The Rock and Kerr have been friends for years and I was told The Rock thought it was a good story and he obviously has enough juice in Hollywood to get it made. I agree that it doesn't seem like it would be a compelling enough story and I used to train (not MMA) with Kerr years ago here in Scottsdale after his fighting career ended and we have casually stayed in touch.
Kerr obviously had an addiction issue but so did his wife back in the day and she generally was not a good person so I was curious to see how she was portrayed. To those who saw the movie was was her drug use addressed? I still see her around and was told she worked in a Safeway grocery store

I haven’t seen the original documentary in a while but for some reason I think her addiction involved alcohol

Just watched this tonight at home. I actually liked it and thought the Rock did an excellent job with what he was given. The guy is a good actor when given the chance to be.
