The Academy will pick three from these seven for the nomination:
Black Panther
Bohemian Rhapsody
Border
Mary Queen of Scots
Stan & Ollie
Suspiria
Vice
My prediction:
Bohemian Rhapsody
Mary Queen of Scots
Vice
Though don't be surprised if Black Panther beats out Bohemian Rhapsody for the nomination.

Have not seen the Queen movie yet but the only Oscar Panther should win is makeup or costume. Not sure why you laughed at it

Because there are quite a few people here who don't want to see Black Panther nominated for much of anything. Most of them are pissed that it's getting more love than Infinity War.

Gotcha. I didn’t realize. I liked both movies. But wouldn’t give major awards to either.

In this category it should get more attention. In others, not a chance but then we see the agenda pushing.

Because the only reason he's posting these is to incite fury on this board that Black Panther be on the short list for any noms whatsoever.

Really doesn't have anything to do with it for me. It just isn't anything more than a middle of the road marvel flick.
Story? Decent but pretty cookie cutter marvel origin movie. You had one villain and he just sorta disappeared and another appeared without much real purpose.
VFX? Not horrible but not amazing either.
Makeup is probably the best part.
