Didn’t know what to expect last night, but it looked like their focus of the show was all the spinoffs of the family. Sadie’s podcast, her hubby’s internet influence. John Luke’s coffee business (good lord), and si’s radio whatever. Love the family values they have shown but unfortunately this show is bad..

I have never really been a fan of this style of TV show. I like the Robertsons as people, but never got into Duck Dynasty either.

Wholesome tv, but horribly scripted and bad. The last segment with Phil did cut some onions though

Strike two and three. Was looking forward to this but it is unwatchable. A&E will cancel this quickly.

I watched the first episode last Sunday. I agree it was not all that well put together. It started off ok with a general fill in on where everyone is at since Duck Dynasty but quickly went downhill with the whole Willie shows up at Duck Commander not knowing what is going on and the ending was terrible. The one thing Duck Dynasty had even though it was scripted and corny is at least it had some decent storylines and was genuinely funny. This spinoff, well, not so much. You would think that having most of the crew back outside of Jase and obviously Phil would make for at least a decent show but I agree, this show feels like it might not make the whole season and that’s sad cause all the spinoff podcasts are actually pretty good.
