Have you seen all of the movies?
Posted on 5/14/15 at 3:59 am to Poxxxx says GFR
Not even close.
I've seen Tree of Might, History of Trunks, Battle of Gods, Lord Slug, and the blood rubies Dragon Ball movie.
I've slakced on my fandom in the movie department.

Tree of Might is my favorite because Turles is my favorite villain.
Posted on 5/15/15 at 1:28 pm to Byron Bojangles III
Love Tree of Might. Turles is a badass.
Posted on 5/15/15 at 1:49 pm to Poxxxx says GFR
Turles might be the most interesting villain. The idea that he is what Goku would have been if Goku hadn't come to Earth and been raised to be good is pretty cool.

That's pretty cool to think about. Imagine Goku as a villain, with his need to fight and drive to train to become stronger. Would have made a helluva team. Goku, Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz. Would be really interesting to see how Nappa and Raditz power levels progressed, had they not died so early.

Haven't seen anything except for the first three of those movies and the TV specials.
Posted on 5/15/15 at 5:15 pm to freeagent
Holy shite. You're so lucky. I wish I could go back and watch some of those movies for the first time. The first Broly movie, Super Android 13, Fusion Reborn, and Bojack Unbound are really good. You haven't seen Battle of Gods yet?
Posted on 5/15/15 at 5:36 pm to Poxxxx says GFR
Oh sorry I did see battle of the gods..
Yeah it's always on my "to watch" list but just never gotten around to watching the movies.

I've seen more of the movies than I thought that I had.
I've seen:

The Tree of Might
Lord Slug
Cooler's Revenge
The Return of Cooler
Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan
Fusion Reborn
Battle of Gods
Bardock: The Father of Goku
The History of Trunks
Battle of Gods
Bardock: The Father of Goku
I've seen pieces of most of the rest.
Except I haven't seen at all:
The World's Strongest
Super Android 13
Broly: Second Coming
Wrath of the Dragon
I've seen:
Dead Zone
The Tree of Might
Lord Slug
Cooler's Revenge
The Return of Cooler
Broly: The Legendary Super Saiyan
Fusion Reborn

Bardock: The Father of Goku

You forgot plan to eradicate the saiyans
Posted on 5/16/15 at 3:46 pm to WreckinRams05
Well, Plan To Eradicate the Super Saiyans isn't technically a movie. However, it does need to be included. As well as Yo Soy Goku and His Friends Return, and Episode of Bardock.
Posted on 5/16/15 at 3:50 pm to Peazey
The World's Strongest is awesome imo. Broly: Second Coming is meh, but Super Android 13 is really good. I'd suggest watching Wrath of the Dragon. You learn how future Trunks gets his sword.
Plan To Eradicate the Saiyans
Yo: Son Goku and Friends Return
Episode of Bardock

Anime News Network reports that the upcoming Dragon Ball Super TV series will receive a manga adaptation by Toyotaro, which will begin serialization in the August 2015 issue of V-Jump.

Along with the announcement, which appears in this month’s upcoming July 2015 issue of V-Jump (officially hitting shelves 21 May 2015), a brief message was included from V-Jump’s “elite” editorial staff member Victory Uchida:
A Completely New “Dragon Ball”, Full of Mystery!!
The latest TV animation was suddenly announced!! That was a Victory-surprise, even for me!! What on Earth will the story be? It’s such a mystery… There’s no doubt it will exceed everyone’s expectations!!!
While an exact start date has not yet been officially unveiled, it is likely that Dragon Ball Super will begin its broadcast run starting 05 July 2015, taking over theDragon Ball Kai time slot on Fuji TV. The series will, “…follow the aftermath of Goku’s fierce battle with Majin Buu, as he attempts to maintain earth’s fragile peace.”
Toyotaro, in all likelihood a second pen-name used byDragon Ball AF fan manga author and illustrator “Toyble”, is most recently responsible for a three-chapter introductory manga adaptation of Dragon Ball Z: Revival of “F”, which ran in the April, May, and June 2015 issues ofV-Jump in Japan. Prior to this, Toyotaro penned the monthly Dragon Ball Heroes: Victory Mission promotional manga from the September 2012 to February 2015 issues of V-Jump.
At the moment it is unclear whether the Dragon Ball Supermanga adaptation will be a true adaptation of its TV series counterpart, or will merely serve as a promotional tool to provide previews of upcoming episodes and story lines. It is worth noting that since the manga adaptation will be featured in V-Jump, it will most likely be released on a monthly basis, which greatly contrasts the weekly TV series schedule. In addition to that, the first chapter of theDragon Ball Super manga is scheduled to be published two weeks prior to the TV series’ premiere.

In addition to the previously-revealed involvement (story and characters) from original manga author Akira Toriyama, as well as returning voice actress Masako Nozawa, the website reconfirms Kimitoshi Chioka as the director. The website also announces Kazuya Yoshii (lead vocalist of The Yellow Monkey) as providing the opening theme, while Good Morning America returns from their work on Dragon Ball Kai to provide Super’s ending theme.
The website reconfirms a July 2015 start for the weekly TV series, which will air Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. on Fuji TV.

Good Morning America contributed the song “Dear Zarathustra” as the first closing theme to the Majin Buu arc of Dragon Ball Kai for its Japanese broadcast (and third closing theme overall).

What are some of your favorite 'underrated scenes' from DBZ?
Vegeta kills Pui Pui

Vegeta kills Pui Pui
quote:
Pui Pui: Welcome to my home planet. I've won many great battles here, and by now you've noticed that my planet is very different from yours. It's the gravity. Ten times stronger than Earth! Your hopes of winning are falling faster than that stone. You won't leave here alive!
Vegeta: Maybe if this was 500x gravity, you might have an advantage. But ten? I don't even feel it.
