yes but after his first encounter with Goku he had never stopped training and was always pushing himself. he didnt wait until he got his arse kicked several times.
i guess I would like the idea more if frieza had never come up again since being defeated by goku. but since than he has become a joke. there should have been so many other times to have him motivated to train.
itll be interesting to see a frieza training montage and if hes training himself or finds a mentor of some sort.
