For me, the only thing remotely interesting about this show is the dispute between CBS and ABC.

The fact that CBS released the humorous press release the other day slamming ABC is probably the only entertainment anyone will get from "The Glass House".

CBS Press Release slamming ABC and "Big Brother" introduces new show: "Dancing on the Starts"

quote:

The dazzling new show, DANCING ON THE STARS, will be broadcast live from the Hollywood Forever Cemetery, and will feature moderately famous and sort of well-known people you almost recognize competing for big prizes by dancing on the graves of some of Hollywood’s most iconic and well-beloved stars of stage and screen.

quote:

“This very creative enterprise will bring a new sense of energy and fun that’s totally unlike anything anywhere else, honest, " said a CBS spokesperson, who also revealed that the Company has been working with a secret team for several months on the creation of the series, which was completely developed by the people at CBS independent of any other programming on the air. “Given the current creative and legal environment in the reality programming business, we’re sure nobody will have any problem with this title or our upcoming half-hour comedy for primetime, POSTMODERN FAMILY."

when you can watch everything they do, people vote out all the bad guys early and it becomes very boring very quick because there is no game play

Not sold on this show, but may get me by for a few weeks till BB starts. Just like any reality show, if America votes rest assurd the producers can keep who they want/dont want. They can show you voting numbers all day long, in the end we have truely no idea.

The only thing I like about this show is they can ask america a question each week. That may get interesting.

Pretty much the only reason I'm tuning in. As soon as he's gone, I'll probably stop watching. But until then, I'm going to enjoy it.

his bio from the website

quote:

My name is “Prime Time 99” (Alex), and I am on the grind all the time, baby. I am a 25 year old Bail Bondsman from Dallas, Texas that loves to eat steak and shrimp on a daily basis. I live my life one day at time and the most joy I get out of it is making other people laugh. I have always been the class clown and I have never been afraid of the spotlight. I am excited to compete in “The Glass House” because I have been a top level competitor my entire life. I was captain of my High School football team, where I wore the number 99 loud and proud on my chest. I still carry the nickname with me today. I’m the “99man” and I’ll always blow your mind, man. I have never or will never be afraid of anything on this planet because I live my life without fear. I am a true patriot that loves America more than anything, I am also a lifelong Texan that graduated college from Louisiana State University down in the Bayou of Baton Rouge, so when you’re watching 99 do his “thang,” be prepared to get some South in yo Mouth, baby, because I am putting the South on my back and taking us all the way to the championship game. I may be young but I have experienced a lot of trials and tribulations in my life, which has made me the man I am today. While I am in the house I promise you I will be the life of the party because that’s the only way I know how to live my life. Life has given me so many lemons so I know how to make some delicious lemonade. If at first I rub you the wrong way just give me chance to show you how kind of a person I really am. I was raised by a single dad so my father is the most important person in my life; he is also my best friend in the entire world. Now my mom is an angel but she is also the one who taught me how to be the life of the party. I wear my heart on my sleeve and there is nothing more on this planet that I want than to make you happy. Whatever I have to do please America, I will gladly do with a huge smile on my face. I’m very sympathetic for my competitors because I am a fine oiled machine that can’t be stopped by anyone or anything. So America, sit back and relax while Prime Time 99 entertains you to your full potential. Trust me you don’t want to miss what I’m about to do in “The Glass House,” baby.

Got ya. Im pretty much the only one of my close friends that is in to reality tv. They love ragging me about it. Especially considering the amount of it that I follow.

You are right about the talent though.
