The Climb a rock climbing competition on HBOMax

Rock climbing competition of 8 episodes 6 have been released. Jason Mamoa is the exec producer and is in the show but only in the planning stages since he had to have back surgery. Jason is a long time climber which is odd for his phenotype. Chris Sharma and Meagan Martin are the 2 professional climbers hosting the show.
As a climber, it is an interesting show since I could watch climbing pretty much any way it is presented. Trying to appeal to both climbers and non-climbers is kinda tough but I think they balance it well but it is geared more to non-climbers as it should be.
I am starting the 6th episode and finally some trad climbing! Lots of yunggins barely know what it is.
If you are looking for something different to watch you may enjoy it.

Pretty well made show. Sharma continues to be the man. A little too much melodrama for my liking but the routes they are putting up and sending are no joke and make up for all the filler moments.
I’ve seen them climb tons of 5.12 grade climbs in the episodes and 5.13 is pro level.
