The guy who brought the bottle of wine as his intro is Robby, the "ex professional swimmer" from Florida. Never knew one could be a professional swimmer.

I dated a Scottsdale girl who was on the season with some cheesy foreign soccer player and she said he was a creep in person, it wasn't just editing.
EDIT: I dated her a couple of years before she went on the show.

Well no shite. Anyone that watches this show knows that.
You don't think I watch this because I think these people actually go on this show to "find love"?!!!
Noooooo...it's the trainwrecks. Seeing just how desperate these people on these shows will get for a few minutes of fame. Granted....some of them actually do get married from meeting on the show and seem to be genuinely in love....but those are usually the exception to the rule.
You realize the Bachelor and Bachelorette get paid $$$? I think I read they get around 100-200K for their season. That is on top of making money from appearances in public, spots on additional shows(Dancing with The Stars, etc). Being on this show is a huge money-making opportunity for many of these people. Also read that cast members for Bachelor in Paradise each got around 15K for their time there. So 15K plus potentially up to a 6 week paid tropical vacation basically. That they can use to help promote whatever they are trying to sell.

SUNS dancer Kat Hurd?
I remember her vaguely on the show(obviously she stuck out to me cause she is from Scottsdale). Juan Pablo is likely considered one of the worst Bachelors. Dude just came off as a total douche....and it was clear they didn't even have to edit it to look that way. He was just a natural at being a douche.
There always seems to be at least one contestant each season from Phoenix/Scottsdale. I don't see this one on this season of the Bachelorette going far. It's James, the guy that is the superfan.

That would be her. She's now a medical-device rep and does extremely well for herself and is a very cool girl (for a Hawkeye).
