Overall liked it...but upset that it looks like Ben will get away with it.

It was another home run episode. This is next level acting this cast has been doing.

The beach funeral Alison's mom had planned was so cringey though.
I mean...wtf...your daughter drowned in the ocean. Your grandchild drowned as well from the ocean. But sure...your hippie arse is gonna send the ashes back to the ocean.
I can see why Cole got so fricking upset.

Good episode. Nothing crazy happened
That scene with Vic was tough. I wouldn’t say Ben got away with it. They have a whole season to cover that.
Wonder how soon into next season they will kill Vic?
I think it starts with his funeral and she moves back to the NE. That’s where the heart of the show is. Of course you still have the Noah and his black chick and kid.
It’s too easy to think Noah and Helen end up again together, but seems like that’s where the pieces are moving.

I did love Noah being there to comfort Helen and the really nice things he said to lift her spirits.
You hate Noah in the beginning of the series for being a cheating husband. But seems like season 4 was about showing him as a decent person trying to redeem himself.
ETA: I wouldn't hate it if Noah and Helen end up back together by the series finale.

Pretty weak episode. I’ve hated how the writers have handled Alison’s death. They have not given it the proper weight it deserves.
Noah, Cole and Allison are the only ones I give a shite about. Helen segments are always the worst.
I literally laughed out loud when cole took the urn and ran away with it.
There’s zero chance Ben gets away with it. The writers are bad, but I don’t think they’re so bad that they would end the show with all the characters thinking Allison killed herself. I’m sure they will spend next season on that. That’s the only thing that will get me to tune in next year. It pissed me off seeing Ben at the funeral.

I hated how Helen was such a bitch to Noah the beginning of the season. How she didn’t encourage her kids to want to spend time with him.
