Produced in 1985 by Martin Folse, the guy that owns HTV 10 in Houma. No luck finding it on Netflix, though I did find this review online:

Yes. Chuck Bush (Fandango)had a hand in that one. I believe he runs one of the post-production facilities in Baton Rouge now.
