This season kind of reminds me of Survivor Nicaragua (season 21). There is lots of flips and alliance shifting and no one person who is separating from the pack. It does make for an odd edit, but it's nice not seeing who is going to win this coming from a mile away.

I just don't see how him and Jac don't get picked off soon. Natalie will now join up with Keith, Wes, and Alec. I would assume Reed would be back with them, although he kind of went against his "alliance" while his alliance also voted for him. So, that would be 5-4. You get Baylor and Missy out first because you can't take a 50/50 shot on voting out Jon or Jac since you need to assume 1 will play the idol. So, you make it 5-2 then split the votes. The only way I see them staying is if someone feels they are tainted now and would be good to take to the end because they won't get voted as winners.

Like others have said, I am getting sick of the Js. They are just fence riders, and I hope the rest of the tribe figures it out.

They really had a chance to take firm control of the game. You make Keith think it's him or Wes, but then you vote out Reed or Alec. Hopefully the idol gets played and the smaller alliance is now down to 3 people and no idol. Although, not going this route shouldn't be a surprise. I don't think Jon is all that sharp.

Missy and Baylor are the only 2 that I really dislike, but based on editing, I could see one of them winning. I'm meh on the rest up to this point so I'm not really pulling for anyone in particular besides Louisiana just because.

I'm just glad that Keith and son survived another vote.

I think people are getting pissed at Jon and Jac. It's going to bite them in the arse soon, and if one makes it to the end, there are going to be some pissed off Jury members.

Just watched all 9 episodes in the last 2 days.

I usually watch the last 4 or so episodes with my family when I come home from school on break. MAN I forgot how awesome this show is.

A few notes:

-Drew is one of the most delusional idiots in the show's history. It was like watching an airplane crash out of the sky.

-Was disappointed to see Dale and his daughter go home. I think they could have been good players. Just found themselves on the wrong side of the numbers.

-Baylor is my bottom bitch. There are a few who are/were probably objectively hotter, but she just does it for me.

-Hoping to see some power moves at some point. Everyone seems to be sticking pretty strong to alliances so far and there haven't been any MAJOR shifts. I think some people could definitely be caught off guard if a few people made some smart moves.

-Keith and Wes are probably my favorites right now. Jon and Jaclyn are likable (besides their annoying lovey dovey-ness) and strong players, but they don't seem really polarizing or interesting.

-Natalie is kinda flying under the radar. She has no target on her back but I think she's pretty smart and could make a big move at some point.

Can't wait for next week!

While I don't share your excitement, the wife and I do watch only because we feel like we have too.

Definitely our favorites. Could have reached through the tv and strangled that queer that went through his bag.

Also hated to see Rocker go. I thought he could have done some damage but once everybody found out who he was and started instigating him, game over.

I vaguely remember her... and I recall her being annoying.

I've been surprised by how level-headed she's seemed this whole time. She always seems to be full of wise words at tribal council... but then she lost her fricking shite and looked like a crazy person when she instigated John Rocker. Sometimes crazy chicks do okay (sandra) in survivor.

I want to see him stick around. Even though he just seems really insincere and untrustworthy, he's a guy who's capable of making some power moves and getting some control in the game. That's what I want to see: someone shake things up... not just to piss people off or vote off one guy instead of the other. I want to see someone blindside one of the power-players in the game, totally shift the balance of power, and take control of the game. Now is a good time to do that, I think. Keith can certainly do that with the idol.

I have an actual question about the rules.

If someone gets voted out and fails to use his/her hidden immunity idol, can they give it to someone else?

Because both jon/Jaclyn and Keith/Wes have an idol. If someone from either pair got voted out, they would like to give the idol to the other person, but is that idol still valid if the possessor gets voted out?
