Funny seeing Mickey from Shameless as a cop.

See I remember him from his short stint in Law and Order: SVU where he was one of those forensics guys who loses his shite and starts killing people.

Four episodes in, and we'll be caught up tonight, ahead of tomorrow's release. I'm really enjoying it.

Bump for last night's episode. Super good.. but I'm kinda confused as hell. Anyone else watch?

Seems like they have two completely separate plots they're trying to advance (Henry's quest for.. whatever? And "the kid's" endgame)

I just switched from Sling to Hulu Live. I was thinking about trying this out. I will for sure now.

Still to early to let in confuse you. I don't know how many episodes are left, but I'm sure the story lines are going play themselves out soon.

Yeah I am assuming they will tie everything up by the end. Not sure if there's 4 or 5 episodes left. I'm not really familiar with any Stephen King stuff so I've probably missed most of the Easter eggs they put in there. Only reference I got was Shawshank and Jack(ie) Torrance.

Mrs. Vox saw a headline that it's been renewed for S2.

Spoiler Theories

I dont know the King universe(s) as well as most of you, but I have a few thoughts.

-The schizma(?) seems like it might be the key that brings all the different King stories together from different eras/timelines/realities.

-The old black guy, young white guy remind me of The Gunslinger(Elba) and his young friend from The Dark Tower. The way the old man dresses reminds me of Roland.

-That could mean that The Kid could be Randall Flagg. It would make a lot of sense, and we dont know the Kids name. It could be the major reveal that the show is waiting on.

-I know they kind of tried to make it seem like the Kid was the old woman's husband. I really dont believe that. Definitely a red herring.

-I still think there is a small chance that the Kid is still the evil from It. 1991 is when Henry went missing, and when the kid was put in the trunk of the car. Its now 2018. I dont know if this really makes sense with the story line, but its still cool to think about.

Thoughts?

It has but it sounds like they’re going to do a different storyline each season.

I think you are right with this. Looked up Randall Flagg on wiki and the kid is very similar.

Read some Reddit theories. I learned a lot about the King universe.

Less confident on my take now, but I still think Flagg is a solid guess.

I can see the Flagg connection but I don’t know that I’m willing to buy that he’s (the Kid) inherently evil at this point. It seems too obvious. Too black and white.

I find those hearing the “voice of God” and doing their bidding by it as far more suspect.

Also Flagg is a way more colorful character in all his book incarnations. Just don't see it.

Just read where today’s episode, “The Queen”, is going to be fantastic (didn’t read the EW article to avoid spoilers). Can’t wait to watch it tonight.
