In no world was this De Palmas best, or close, but does anyone else love the movie Snake Eyes? It was Nic Cage at his Nic Cageist.

I enjoy it. For me it’s hard not to enjoy mid late 90s movies
Better times.

He plays a damn good bad guy to be literally one of the actual best dudes out there

I remember liking it. Nick Cage's 90's movies alone would dwarf most other actors: Wild at Heart, Leaving Las Vegas, The Rock, Con Air, Face Off, Snake Eyes, 8MM, and Bringing Out the Dead. That was a nice run for the guy and its not like he quit putting out quality performances.

Possibly the most charismatic actor of all time.

Top of her game, and that's saying something.

Although I do like some of his movies I just don’t find him to be a very good actor.

Bringing Out the Dead is a top 5 for me, couldn't even tell you why.

Well, I can get that to a degree, but he just puts so much into his roles, don't think I've ever seen it where he just seems there for a paycheck. Having said that, I'd agree that he's just playing a version of himself in most movies, but damn if I don't love him.
