Well then she's a classic peak-too-sooner with When Harry Met Sally.
We've all seen it before...M. Night! John Singleton.
Coined in the Mike Meyers, Gwyneth Paltrow movie View From the Top. Used to describe someone that reached their peak too soon, and are headed towards a steady decline in skill, intelligence, etc.
So after Harry, she wrote Sleepless from another movie and then in Mail, rewrote Sleepless but added some Harry? Got it.

Hardly, she wrote Silkwood and Heartburn (based on her marriage to Carl Bernstein) in the early 80s. My Blue Heaven, which i mentioned is outstanding was released a year after When Harry Met Sally. She also became a director so on top of writing Sleepless and You’ve got Mail she directed both along with several other movies including Michael, Bewitched and Julia and Julia. That’s a solid resume, hardly a one hit wonder. And while Sleepless in Seattle and Youve Got Mail are not as good as When Harry Met Sally both are good in their own right.

This just shows how little you know
Sleepless in Seattle is a homage to An Affair to Remember. You’ve Got Mail is based on a movie called The Shop Around the Corner (with Jimmy Stewart, Margaret Sullivan and the Wizard of Oz)
