Can't imagine seeing all the Kubrick films on the big screen or huge format. What a treat.

I've seen The Shining and a few other of his movies on a regular big screen. Seen 2001 on imax twice. It's worth the experience if you're a fan of his movies.

I’d see any Kubrick in IMAX
Here’s hoping to Barry Lyndon next!

The first time I saw it, I was disappointed. The book is absolutely terrifying and there's a huge amount of the book that was left out or not shown in the movie properly. But over the years I have grown to appreciate it for what it is.

comparing the book to the movie and vice versa is an exercise in futility. it's a great book. it's a great movie. but other than the nuts and bolts of plot, they are entirely different stories being told.
