I assume you're talking about Spider-Island, a big Spider-Man event in 2011 in which many New Yorkers develop Spider powers. And a story that climaxes with Spider-Man absolutely defeating this character, who has not been confirmed to be in the next Spider-Man movie.

Nope, her first appearance was when she took over an apartment building calling herself just “The Queen”. She carries an enzyme that controls anyone with the spider gene and kissed Spider-Man having him fall under her control, she ended up turning him into a giant Spider to help her reproduce. Cap had to defeat her by throwing her off the building eventually. She survived though, went batshit crazy and pretty much destroyed herself releasing Spidey from her power.

Dude, you didn’t get the joke. If you’re in the room watching and I’m also in the room, I’m the one banging your girl. Like I said you’re not too bright so you melted. Anyone with an IQ near triple digits would get it right away but you didn’t.
