That's what the Russos directed in the decade leading up to Winter Soldier.
I have no idea if the F4 movie will be any good, but I do know that strength of director resume has not correlated with success in the MCU.

They should have had Bucky pick up the Shield. What would be great is Mackie gets killed and Bucky picks up the mantle. What would even be better is if Dr. Doom (RDJ) does it.

RDJ is too old for the shield outside of all the other issues with his personality and look.
