Great episode other than the actual case which was weak bc they really didn't give it enough time to develop IMO. This episode wouldve been better as a 2 hr episode (2 part maybe) or if they wouldve split up the Gus/Kid and Lassiter/Marlo into 2 separate episodes with different cases.

I loved the episode last night. Top 2 this season. The case was a bit weak but maximum interaction between Shawn and Gus made it hilarious. I like that they used the tradition format for the most part, with the exception of Shawn/Lassie bickering. I'm kind of over the whole Gus being a dad thing though, more awkward than funny.
Next week's episode looks incredible.

I agree. Just saying that I think the case had potential too but they had to wrap it up to quickly in order to fit into a 1 hr episode.

Interesting that everyone thought it was great. I thought it was subpar. I don't like Gus' interaction with the kid. It feels too forced to me. Plus it's creepy as shite. Sounds like the gay old man from Family Guy.
Although the part where Gus does the "Hey, big guy. Get in the car." and Shawn asks him if he was auditioning for To Catch a Predator had me cracking up. Would've been funnier if it wasn't in the previews last week.

I used to avoid previews for any of my shows, but then I changed. But I'm thinking about going to back that. Half of the episodes I feel like I've seen already because of the previews. Revolution is the worst in this regard.
