I don't know if a pool hall qualifies, but I enjoyed the choreography of that Steven Segal scene with the cue ball in the sock.

In the classic Rockford Files episode "Just Another Polish Wedding" Lou Gossett and Isaac Hayes team up as private eyes (it was a pilot for a series that didn't sell). They end up in a neo-Nazi bar, where Isaac eventually has to kick some honky arse.
