And I'm pretty sure it stays in Georgia.
The abortion law was blocked by the a Federal court so it kinda gives the Ozark team an out.

This show deserves a proper ending. One that is planned and filmed knowing it will be the last. It just wouldn’t be right to leave it hanging like last season. It was one hell of a season finale but I want a little more resolution than just one person being out of the way.

I saw a Jason Bateman online interview on YouTube recently. He said the show was shaping up for a simple ending. Given what the Byrdes do for a living, they are either going to get killed or go to jail. I suspect the ending may be a bit more complicated than that but it's likely we will see in the ending 14 episodes shades of what Jason Bateman said in that interview.
