Right now, it looks like the preacher and the parole officer are leading the charge to be the bad guy here.

The guy running the Beacon Center has DEFINITELY got my vote... involved some way somehow.

I'm going with whoever that guy was who visited Seward at the prison in the first episode. Haven't seen him since then, and no explanation as to who he was.

Was it obvious to everyone else in last week's episode that she was clearly covering for her son? Why did it take the cops so long to figure this out?

I'm still wondering how all the drama with the guards and the jail is going to be tied in. Assuming it will be. Last year there was a lot of unnecessary bull crap around the Larson family.

I'm glad we saw less of Twitch. He didn't seem to be a character worth going into.

So is Holder just with Linden now? I kind of expected to see his regular partner at some point last night.

I could have sworn someone mentioned he was missing and there was an APB out on his car.

Mad Men fricked with my head so I'm still kind of fuzzy on details from The Killing.

It wasn't clear to me that was his lawyer, but according to IMDB's synopsis it is so nevermind

I may be wrong about this too I wasn't really paying attention during the first half of the episode. I need to rewatch myself.

I just have to say how amazed I am with who Seward is and what I thought he was going to be before this season started...that Peter Sarsgaard aint too shitty.

As for the killer, I dont think we have seen him/her yet. But I love all the articles I read about this season saying there wasnt going to be as many twists and turns this season, it was going to straightforward....I was the twist and turns. So far this season has been awesome IMO

It has been a pretty great season so far. It's going to drive me crazy if Seward is executed when he's innocent. That always fricks with me, and I can see this show doing that.

I'm bracing for his inevitable execution.

Although it was interesting to see that Seward pretty much knows (or suspects) his son saw the killer but is trying to protect him in the only way he knows how by taking the blame and not forcing his son to relive it. Especially once we saw a glimpse of the dynamic between himself and his own father.

Those guards have got to have some purpose or all the time spent on them was kind of pointless. Same with all that time following around Twitch unless the PO pops back up.

agreed - the head guard is already on another show (Continuum) that's airing right now, so he's some fairly accomplished actor. And then the other guard, who was a main character on BSG, he wouldnt be playing some bit role, so he's got some skin in the game.

I thought a couple weeks ago, it seemed as though the parole officer or the pastor were likely. I now think the pastor is a red herring and one of the guards, or the PO are more deeply involved in these murders

I agree. I think it's the head guard - my first thought when he wasn't at work when the baby daddy was watching the floor. Bet he was out making some chick into a Pez dispenser.

Well just did a rewatch and knowing this show its not the priest. Way to many little hints trying to pull you toward him.

Just finished tonight's episode. shite is getting good. It's going to wreck me if they end up killing Seward, which I think they will primarily as an indictment on the death penalty & innocence. I hope I'm wrong. Listening to them building the gallows was creepy. Ben Cotton the guy who plays pastor mike was pretty great In tonight's episode. Man I wish I could just pound out the rest of the episodes right now with how it ended tonight.

I am starting to think Linden gets killed off, which would be an awesome "holy effin shite" moment
