It really hit me at the Tribal Council when Malcolm showed everyone his idol. Jeff asked if anyone else had an idol, and Abi said she did. I really felt like she misunderstood Jeff's half-serious question as a legit query that had to be answered truthfully.
I could be way off, but it was weird the way she nonchalantly pulled it out of her bag, then looked around like she was confused.

I get what you're saying, but I thought Abi had great facility with English. She even lists one of her hobbies as "languages".

She had my nerves grated after watching a couple of 4-minute videos. Imagine spending WEEKS with her.
And I agree with you about Abi. I know a lot of people rejected the "cultural/language barrier" theory but I think it had something to do with it. I was glad to see her very humble at the reunion.
While CJ's laugh was annoying she did peg Abi correctly at Ponderosa. However, CJ could have been a little less bitter and even at the reunion. But Denise nailed Abi, she probably has Histrionic personality disorder and it took her watching herself to see it. Of course she was going to be a little more humble. It had nothing to do with culture and her English is fine.

I love Survivor....top 5 show on TV for me and it's been that way since Australia when I first started watching it.
I will say though that over 3/4 of the winners have sucked.

They have a big enough field of winners to make a good all-winners season. Hope this is what they do for the series finale. I still remember how excited I was when I heard they were doing an All Star season. I was glued to the tv after the 04 Super Bowl.
