Didn't get to watch, but I gave 50 votes to Burnell. Did he do well? Who else did well? I take it Laz hasn't gotten his groove back.

I was waxing a very large armoire while I watched the show, so I was not able to post. I gotta say, I did not hate Janelle's performance. Angie was just alright for me tonight. Candice and the other black girl did great. Burnell was great. Kree was good. Lazaro was bad. AND also, Burnell, the mexican dude and Lazaro sang a song together and Lazaro did not know any of the words. Nikki went off on them and Burnell and mexican boy stood up for themselves and pointed out that at least they knew their parts unlike somebody else in the group.

Burnell doesn't have much future on the show. His voice has no power or range.
Candice is miles ahead of the rest in talent, although Amber might grow as a performer much as Jordin Sparks did a few years ago.

eta2: colton's song aint half bad. I like it
eta3: what was with the shock that he wasn't saved? I would've been very shocked if the saved would've been used. he's not worth it and would leave in the next 2 weeks anyway

I watched last night. Angie was awful. Wrong song and bad performance. She has fallen from grace. Candace was awesome and Janelle was the best she's been. Hell, Amber even got me this week. Angie was the weakest girl and Burnell was the best guy and better than Angie. I love Burnell's voice. He won't win, but he should be the last guy standing, for sure.
Laz just can't handle live performances on TV, I don't think. He was so bad, poor thing. He knew he should have gone home. Spanish albino boy should have lasted another week, but no reason to use the save on him at this point, though he sang very well.
Kree was great, too, and she is looking so much better, though the shoes just aren't her. She needs to give those up.
ETA: Right or wrong, I cannot stand listening to NM. Her voice and the way she delivers her messages are too annoying. If she's back next year, I'm not sure if I can stand her. I ff through her on the tapes.

She's so bad, as I've said before, she has no credibility with me whether she's right or wrong. She may be made to sing, but she's not made to speak. Her voice is annoying. Her substance is mostly ridiculous.
The save isn't necessary for a show in which America is supposed to pick the winner whether America is right or wrong. If they're going to use it, it should only be used to either allow a good singer another chance to go on the tour (used to matter in previous years) or to save someone who has a chance to win. Of course, if America didn't save the person, s/he probably won't win.
