Before the POV ceremony when Brendon took himself off, and the house was campaigning to Brit who to put up, Matt kinda knew he was being targeted and he started to campaign against Regan.
How the frick is the "Brigade" alliance invisible to everyone? it's 3 guys that hang out with each other all the time, take turns telling the HOH the exact same thing, and vote the exact same way, but for some reason we're deep into the "game" and no one has connected the dots.
Show seems fixed as hell this season.

I don't think that the Brigade is truly undetectable. Kristen made mention the day before she was evicted that she had suspicions that Matt, Hayden, Enzo, and Lane were working together. Additionally, just this week Ragan pretty much nailed the Brigade telling Matt that Hayden, Lane, and Enzo were together and that Matt was probably with them at one time but is no longer part of their plans.
Matt was an idiot this week by pushing for Ragan. In fact, Ragan had at one point convinced Britney to put up Hayden. You'd think Matt would have seen the damn writing on the wall last week, but he was still trying to hold on to being part of The Brigade.
Hayden will end up winning the whole thing.

I think its because its one of the most unproductive, meaningless alliances I've ever seen. Matt is the only one that's won anything(Haydens HOH was preBrigade) and both times he was HOH he did what he personally wanted to do.
Other than Kathy, everyone in the house always voted the same way so they never stuck out there either.
It's gonna irk me when everyone finds out about them and they're gonna act like they were so slick about hiding their "alliance".

He went after Regan and behind their friendship because he didn't want 2 Bridage members on the block. To insure the brigade being safe of voted out he wanted Regan to go up and be voted out. What amazes me, isn't that the house hasn't completely picked up on the Brigage(and they have done well hiding it due to not winning and creating side alliances so people think they are not together) is that Matt the super geniouss is still playing for the brigade and thats his downfall. He had Britney and Regan as great friends/alliances. Britney didn't want to put Matt up. After Enzo and Hayden told Matt right before last weeks eviction they were voting him out...he still tries to stick with them.
Enzo and Hayden told the house that Matt won all the prizes in POV, why Matt didn't come out and say he didn't win the trip and money is beyond me.

They created side alliances? More like, other than Enzo, they all found a friend. There's never been any indication that they purposely went after Britney, Ragan, and Kristen to create any side alliances.
My point is, dumb luck and Rachel/Brendon drawing so much attention early on is why they have flown under the radar. Not great game play.

Does anybody know if there will be a POV tonight between HOH and the second eviction? I can't remember from past seasons if one was held.

Biggest frick up all season long has been Matt trying to get Ragan out.
Double eviction tonight, would be kind of cool to see Ragan win and get out one of the Lamegade. I was on the Brigade bandwagon for a while, but when Enzo was doing worse than Kathy in the competitions I jumped off.

their friendships took the attention off of the brigade though. until this week i would've put ragan/matt together which is probably matts downfall. he had brit/ragan on his side and went back to the brigade for whatever reason. not a genius move.
i'm not sure if some of the brigade even tried to win comps or not. seemed they didn't want to do the dirty work but that time is out now so we'll see. i know hayden practiced last night and was good at whatever is in the backyard according to jokers.

Look, if you're a Brigade fan that's cool and all but the above quote is a big stretch, especially considering that Lane/Enzo/Hayden all complained at one point or another about not being able to win anything.

Yes, they hold the HOH comp, come in for a quick nomination ceremony and then go right back out for POV.

My guess is that they complained to appear to be trying when as we all know they haven't tried to win anything, except for maybe Enzo in the POV last night and I still think that was half arse. Not sticking up for the brigade, but if you were to throw comps, at least act like your trying to win in which I guess thats what they are doing.

i'm really not a fan of them or anyone anymore. i guess i could say i like lane but truthfully think brendon will win and deserves to. i just don't like matt & ragan...
as for the comps, i'm mainly talking lane & hayden. you can't tell me a college baseball player can't do better than he has in some comps. there is no way those 2 tried to win either of those endurance comps. lane seem to genuinely when brendon won and came in 2nd. i don't think any of them having a fighting chance at anything trivial though. britney and ragan will smoke those.

Hayden and Lane have thrown comps other than when Hayden was nominated. Enzo tries to win but can't no matter how hard it he goes for it. Kind of feel bad for him because he talks about wanting to see pics of his wife and kid.

We'll just have to agree to disagree fellas, but the evidence does back me up. You guys are coming up a lot of conjecture to back up your side.
I've seen, brigade-only, conversations where they were all saying they needed to step it up. Noone there to lie to.
Hayden and Lane not winning endurance is expected. I guarantee you the majority of those endurance comp's are won by smaller framed houseguest. Big guys,tall and/or wide, just don't do well at them.

seems to me a shite load of the past endurance contests were won by bigger guys. Weren't Jeff and Russell always the final 2 during last years? Both have about 20lbs of muscle mass at least on Hayden and Enzo.

The only HOH comp that Hayden even tried at was the surf board one, the one after that he laid down since he got matched up with Kirsten. After she was eliminated he has seemed to put in enough effort so it doesn't look like he is throwing it. As far as Lane, I can look past the endurance since he is a big guy but I doubt he is nearly as dumb as puts off in the trivia comps. I think both guys are more than happy to let others do the dirty work so if they are one of the two left standing at the end the haven't pissed any jury members off.

Just my thought on all this. Hayden(besides opening HOH and pre-brigade), Enzo and Lane have not tried to win anything. They bitch that they have to try and need to win (I've seen it) but in the end they individually don't because they dont want to become part of the game. And by that I mean a target. The Brigades game, and say it sucks, is to float by and use the HOH to do their dirty work. So far so good. No matter what, once you win or start winning HOH's you become a target and you get thrown into the game talk, have to make decisions to affect the house out in the open. Why win when you don't have to win. Just like Hayden last night taking all the prizes, its important but in the end he didn't care for POV. Why should he, hes not a target right now and neither is Enzo or Lane.
I think even with double eviction they will all be safe.

I was going to bring up Russell. Small, mostly muscle, endurance training from being a fighter. Still makes sense.
I said the majority, not all. What I'm saying isn't groundbreaking or anything. Smaller people have less weight to hold up. Lane's a moose. No way he's winning endurance comps.
ETA: Goddammit Moleman, HoustonTiger4, and Pun. Just submit and say I won. I'm running out of ways to post the same thing over and over..
