I had a meeting with a contractor on my job site a little while ago. The first time I have met the guy. We finished up talking about the construction issues we were going over on site and we end up doing some off topic small talk.
The guy ends up asking me if I watch American Idol. ()
I tell him that yeah I have been paying attention to it this season. He then asks who I liked on the show. I told him I was kind of a fan of Hollie. This guy then tells me that he was glad to see her go because she was so boring and didn't belong to be in the competition as far as she made it. I just bit my tongue reluctantly and asked him who was his favorite. He goes on and tells me how "awesome" Jessica is and how he thinks she will be the best idol ever. "that show has never seen a girl that good."
I end this conversation before I say something that might end up creating a bad situation. I wished him good luck with his favorite and he then told me that she doesn't need the luck because America knows who has to win. I nodded and just jumped in my truck and left.
This conversation was so ridiculous that i felt I was talking to Hat IRL and he was trolling the heck out of me. If this guy would have said those lies about Joshua and Hollie, then I would have been sure Gris and Hat paid this guy.
