X Factor last year... Now that was some crazy talent! Josh, Melanie, Drew, Rachel, Chris... I miss them all!
Simon ruined Drew by having her do the same things to every song. Loved her voice though.
Loved Melanie's performance to "Listen", but that was about it.
My favorite was Rachel Crow, but we know how Nicole ruined that one. I think that's the reason she was fired. I can listen to Rachel sing "I'd Rather Go Blind" all day long on YouTube. Gives me chills every time. I have no idea how a 14 year old can sing like she's experienced that kind of love.
Once Rachel went home, I was all Chis Rene. I loved him. But that didn't last either....
Wow, my favorites have been all over the place in music genre. In the past year my favorites to win were Haley, Rachel Crow, Chris Rene, & Skylar. That's a very wide range of favorites!

I still think he will be big one day. He's too talented not to make it in the rap genre.

She has such a powerful voice. I didn't like the crying sessions after every performance though and then speaking in Jamaican tongues like I was watching "Cool Runnings".

Definitely, but he has a bad attitude. When he threw that hissy fit on stage, it really hurt him.
But he is good. I think Jay Z said he would sign him but he was just too young to work with right now. He is 15 I think now.
But I think Lil Wayne signed with Cash Money Records at like 12-13 so age shouldn't be an issue

I know, what does that say about me? I think I may go off personality & performance, instead of it being completely about the singing voice. All of my favorites probably had the best personalities on their shows. Well, except for Haley. I know several people who hated Haley, and it was because they didn't like her personalitly.

Lots of talent. Josh was my fave. I liked Chris's story more than I liked his singing, but he was a good guy.
Loved Rachel, too, but she wasn't going to win.
I'm despise Rap, but Astro boy was talented for his age. His lack of maturity got him in the end. He got a valuable lesson, so I hope he uses that knowledge going forward.
Have no idea what happened with anyone on that show, after the show, though.

My range of favorites is different too.
I was a Melanie Amaro, Josh Burrito, Drew and Marcus Canty fan on X factor.
I was Hollie early on last season until she was eliminated the end of Hollywood week last Idol season. So that has carried on in a big way to this season obviously
I liked Lauren Alaina and Casey Abrams (lol)
Wasn't a big Scotty fan though.
I can't really pick out what makes me choose favorites either. I like big voices and then some I just go for personality.
I try to avoid voting on appearance and attractiveness like Gris Gris

I totally forget to mention, I loved when Josh did "Wild Horses". That is one of my most favorite songs, and I loved his version better than the original. It was definitely one of my favorites from the season.

I was a Casey fan at first, but he did himself in. Now, he looks like a homeless guy. He should have stuck with what people wanted to hear from him. His blues and rasp were great. He wasn't a looker, Bee, so you can't accuse me of just going for the lookers.
