if you like the same sort of vulgar, self-loathing humor as eastbound and down you'll enjoy this. not as strong as the show, but nonetheless a potent dose of similar comedy, imhfo.

after watching it for the 3rd time I think this movie is hilarious. you have to just appreciate the dialogue to really enjoy it.

really good description.
I just felt so uncomfortable with the view he had of himself....which was what they were trying to make you do..which is why I thought Rogan did a hell of a job in this movie..he played the charater perfect.
btw...Danny mcbrides character was pretty funny as well

The movie was meant to be a darker comedy... so if you take it at what it's worth, then you can appreciate it. However, if one failed to realize the intent of the movie and expected it to be a typical Seth Rogen comedy, then i could see how you would be disappointed.
