There's no shortage of storylines they can do. But I don't know about trying to squeeze another movie out of the franchise after all this time. Especially since they wrapped it up too well at the end of 3.

No chance in hell this is real. That movie franchise has such a huge following, that if there was even any conversation about doing another one it would’ve gotten mainstream attention. And the fact that he said it started filming last year, yeah I’m not buying that
