I noticed this past weekend that two foreign shows I've been watching have come out with new seasons.

Sky Rojo is a Spanish show ( trailer) that takes place on the island of Tenerife (Canary Islands). A guy who runs a brothel travels to other Spanish-speaking countries where poor families sell their daughters into indentured servitude, but he has no intention of letting them pay off their debts. The story is centered on three prostitutes who rebel against the brothel owner and two of his henchmen (who are brothers). Lots of violence. Season 3 was just released.

Sexify is a Polish show ( trailer NSFW) about a college CS student whose passion is writing an app to improve sleep. She wants to enter it into a competition, but her professor tells her that her idea is boring and challenges her to come up with a bold idea. So she says she's going to make an app to "improve the female orgasm." Unfortunately she's a virgin and has no idea where to start. So the first season is about doing the "research" to make the app. Season 2 was just released.

Also I wanted to mention Luna Park, an Italian show ( trailer) starring Simona Tabasco from The White Lotus.

Luna Park is a period drama taking place in 60s Italy. If you like 60s fashion and cars, this might interest you. There's one season of six episodes and ends in a cliffhanger. It was released September 2021, and unfortunately it has been neither cancelled nor confirmed for a second season.

I'm just spreading awareness of some of the foreign-language content on Netflix that is not discussed much on the M/TV board. Feel free to post info and trailers for other obscure foreign-language Netflix shows that you like.
