They seem to be sticking pretty close (in a comic book movie sense of the word close) to the Ultron Unlimited storyline.
I just hope we get to see Thor say those 7 little words.

I wasn't going to come out and say it (or post the scene from the comic) for fear of the people who'd rather stay away from comic/spoilers all together.

I agree. It doesn't seem spoilerish to me. We don't even know if it will be in the movie. But I know some are very sensitive to anything from the source material.
That is a cool panel though. (And we know that it won't be in the comics at least in that form because some of the Avengers were different at that part of the comics than they are in the movie universe).
