Need help figuring out a movie

This has been on my mind for a long time i was young when i seen it and only rememeber bits and pieces. Its about these teens in juvenile facility and they escape and go on a spree. They consider themselves blood brothers they are locked in a meat cooler and they each cut there fingers and touch each other on the cuts. They also get drunk in the woods after they escape from the correctional. If anybody has any clue to what this movie is called it would be greatly appreciated.

Yea caddyshack 2 is about golf right this isnt along the lines of a comedy.It might be band of the hand im not sure is there any more movies along the lines of what im trying to explain?

No it isnt sleepers i remember some parts of the movie but the title i cant remember. I though caddyshack 2 was a comedy? I can remember them robbing a bank of some sort this was more like a drama/action movie.

-Teenagers in some type of Juvenile Correctional
-Rob some type of bank
-In a meat cooler (due to being bad)
-Cut there fingers (blood brothers)

-After they escape they build a bonfire and Get drunk and one of them throw up
