Everything on that list has been addressed by the creators at some point. We can get into it all if you really want, but most of that either wasn't as relevant as something else, or it was something that Kratz completely pulled out of his arse.

Maybe but it shows where the documentary didn't paint the whole picture.

No it doesn't. It shows that they decided against including shite that was just made up. Like he said, most of those were simply debunked. Why would something proven to be a lie have been included?

There's really nothing new coming forth on the case. Sure there's appeals ongoing, some additional interviews, a new psychologist and a new team of lawyers. However, this 2nd series is more about the original audiences fixation with the first series.
Ftr, I personally know someone (an attorney) that was farmed out by the defense to do some additional work on the original trial.
They were both guilty as he)).

Both of them? What connects Dassey?

These are all talking points your getting from the prosecution as their theory.
As it's pure speculation. And if someone tried to testify that Avery used star69 to hide his identity it would objected to and sustained as conclusion.
And the rest of your long list aren't really relevant facts but a lot was probably used in the trial to show a pervert or bad guy even though that's immaterial to the crime.
You can't use immoral character or past deeds to convict someone.
So he had porn? How the frick is that relevant but to taint the minds of the jury?
Look at him, look at the porn guy, he had porn, he must've done it, look at the bad guy.
All the great stuff proving guilt people have claimed was left out of the doc has been greatly exaggerated.

Yes.
Do we need to go through your list item by item and pull that garbage apart?

I've watched the first 3 episodes. I'm enjoying it so far. I dont remember all the details from Part 1 and dont really have a strong opinion on whether or not he did it. I do have a strong opinion that the methods and conduct of law enforcement and the prosecution was pretty fubar though.
Anyway, just saying 3 episodes in, it has been worth watching.

If that’s the best of the “earth shattering evidence” that was omitted from season 1, then Steven Avery should be released immediately.

the lady is the best netflix lawyer I have seen. Strong netflix case was made for defense again. Netfix lawyering is a lucrative business.

I'm on episode 3. Steven's lawyers really screwed the pooch the first time around, huh? This new lawyer is a bad bitch.
Spoilers:
The brain scan thing was a TRIP!
LOL at Brendan not buying ice cream because he didn't want to be out 5 bucks if he got out.

The lady lost on everything she tried to do in court, but completely dominated on netflix and never lost a netflix motion. In reality she got stomped out very badly.

I guess I'm as dumb as the court of appeals judges who've upheld the verdict.

Do you have a clue what those judges are looking at when they make these rulings?
I guess no.
It should also be noted that Dassey was ordered released before it was blocked, so that's a bit awkward for you.
