Yeah something about moving to the burbs and having a kid made Pete regress.

I just got done rewatching this episode. I'll put "The Suitcase" and "The Carousel" over this one, but the fight in the boardroom was hands down the best scene of the series. It's not even close.
We don't know yet if he's lost his creative mojo, but otherwise Don has changed for the better. The fact everyone knows he's a badass is a big enough club he doesn't have to swing it around all the time.
I use his conversation with Pete as example. Pete gets all bitchpissy with Don and rather than smacking him down, he gives him good advice.
I'm going to go ahead and say right now Pete bites it this season. Don't know if he falls out a window or not, but it will be absolutely EPIC.
