T’Challa was more interesting in Civil War than in his own movie. All the supporting characters basically overshadowed him (much like Thor pre Ragnarok). Sad we will never get to see Chadwick Boseman do more with the role.

Black Panther was rather boring. He didn’t have much personality. Maybe just a lack of the humor that MCU movies usually feature.

He's to Marvel what Johnny Lawrence is to Cobra Kai. A character constantly struggling to rise above his personal flaws and ambitions.

I liked Loki but the more we saw of him the less menacing he was and by the end he was sort of cartoonish

It's one element, I agree. But he seems to escape much of the chaos caused by him, and doesn't feel much if any remorse for it.
