If we're choosing based on soundtrack, it's clearly Lock Stock for its use of Stone Roses in the final scene.
God, I can't really decide. But the anti-Lock Stock people seem to be bigger pricks about two movies I've always found to be inseperable. so, just to spite them, Lock Stock. Really, aren't the movies equally successful? It's not like choosing one over the other is a stand for independent cinema.
