Was scrolling Amazon and found this 6 episode pot of gold. Anyone else been on this one?
I never watched the Patrick Warburton one. How do they compare?

It's really short, feels like a long pilot. But they have a 2nd half of season 1 coming at the end of February and it's been renewed for season 2 already.

Although I liked Warburton's look and voice more, that vehicle went strictly campy. They basically made the cartoon into live action and the result was predictable.
This new version seems to have found a sweet spot between humor and good story with some surprisingly good changes (looking at you, Arthur). The look of the costume is better to me and this actor has the look to better nail the confused look the Tick has at times (although I do miss Warburton's "blissfully brave" look and how his voice just nailed those spiffy Tick speeches).
The costume, the history of the Tick, Superian, Arthur's costume, etc. The writers have left themselves lots of room for stories.

I really enjoyed it. I blasted through all of the episodes, craving more at the end. Can't wait for the new episodes next month
